3/4" plexi/lexan is prob the minimum. And use bolts like every 2" or so to prevent air leaks. At the same time, use T-nuts. or something similar and strong. That box looks good.

You would want polycarbonate (same as lexan). It is stronger than plexiglass.

thats a huge window.. you will need to paint the whole interior with it that damned big you doing a beauty panel over the plexi? it looks a lot better when you can't see the screw holes and with that big of a piece you will need a LOT of screws

ya theres gonna be a panel covering the screws. and the inside is painted. i used textured paint to match the pillars between my windows in the jeep

Box looks clean so far. Should slam pretty good. Get a good deal on those 9500s? Make sure you throw some vids up when its done.
