it dosent work like that. it goes by the actual size of the cone it self. some are larger than others, for example if a sub has a fatter surround than another of the same size, the one with the fatter surround will have less effictave piston area.you sure cause i figured

and my amp doesn't do 1 ohm
just look for the "total effictave piston area" spec of the sub. some may not have this spec though.never knew that
