Like i said this is just a daily driver that i go back and forth to work in (1992 Buick Regal). My other car is geared more towards performance so i don't want to add any un-needed weight to it. I drive an hour plus each way and figured i might as well upgrade the stereo a little in the beater. I am using RF T142 4's in the front and T1692 6x9's in the rear. They are running off the headunit and sound just fine, i just want to add a little bass. I was looking to spend no more then a couple hundred ($300 would be my ultimate max) on the subs, either 2 10's or 3 8's. Honestly 1 10 and 2 8's may be fine. I just want to add some nice clean bass to the car. As for 600 watts, i feel that 200 watts to each 8 or 300 to each 10 would be fine. Like i said i am not looking to break any SPL records. I mainly listen to rock music, with some occasional hip hop/pop music mixed in.
