I would say the exact number would have to depend on what your bank account could handle. One 18" version of this sub held the world record a few years back at 18x.xxdb. Taking like 28,000 watts or something. I could be wrong. These things are BEASTLY! If you have the money and want to be LOUD, i suggest looking into them a little further! I dunno how they do on regular music, but they dominate in spl.

I burped about 6500W each, was my street B car, just one battery. The coil NEVER get even hot.
