2ohms and 4ohms

Depending on how you wire it, the dual two ohm subwoofer would see more power then the dual 4 ohm subwoofer. Should always try to match subwoofers when going into a multi-subsetup

 
I am not sure what 1500/1 you refer to..RF 1500.1 Bd perhaps? It is not wise to mix different impedance loads..power will follow the path of least resistance and you will have 2 subs getting more power than the other 2..makes for a whole slew of possible problems, especially if they share the same airspace. Yes, either run 4 identical subs or get 2 15's.
