Pretty much new, I hardly ever used it because I got my touch shortly after, and now I have a 16gb nano video, an 80gb classic and the 8gb touch so I have no use for this nano at all.
It has a screen protector on it, so any screen scratches that you see on the screen are actually on the protector. There is a tiny chip in the top right corner and the apple logo on the back has some small scratches. Nothing major just figured I'd keep everyone looking out of the dark about it.
It comes with at least 1 case, if I can find the other 3 I have, i will include them.
