Had since October, just don't need or use the touch portion. I just use the music portion. Still has 4-5 months of warrenty left on it. No scratches on the face, screen protector has been on it since I had it. Back shows a little wear as every ipod with a mirror finish shows. Has 3.1.3 firmware and is jailbroken with rock and cydia installed. I've never had a problem with it, works 100%. I can leave the music and games on it if you would like or wipe it clean while leaving it jailbroken. Currently has 15 games on it.
It can be made to not be jailbroken by just syncing to itunes and recoverying it. I'm looking for 175 shipped w/insurance or a 8-16gb zune or ipod nano plus cash. Comes with only the charging cable, which is a little beat up, soft grey case and running armband
