I believe its the 2nd gen, might be 1st, not exactly sure. I bought it from someone on here over a year ago. Case does have scratches on the back and a few on the front. No major scratches on the screen, when I got it I put a screen protector on it. THERE ARE NO PROBLEMS WITH THIS UNIT. Works perfectly, just bought the 8gb video nano. Scratches on screen are actually on the screen protector, very small light ones on the screen itself.

Includes armband case (for running etc), new/unused headphones, usb cable.
