+28Vdc monitor in a 12v car?

I got a monitor that I found a wiring scheme for, And it says the power wire is +28Vdc input. Is there any way i could wire it up to 12v? Also for the "Remote" it says "Gnd Input" Does this mean id simply ground this wire to turn the monitor on?

Anything can be done, but it would be much cheaper to just do it right the first time. Even if you get that POS for free, lol

for 12 volt applications, a 28v accessory is worthless, so I called it a pos

true, but its got great resolution, and it was free. Cant beat that at all.

Already got a 7" indash, And another 10.4" roofmount. Was just wanting to get this monitor working as well.

Unless your gonna give me a 12v monitor? id gladly take it.
