I saw the first one and liked it, althought it was a little slow. I might have to try to get this from Netflix and check it out, I think I would like it. Someone should make a scary movie thread with Halloween coming up. I guess I'll go ahead and do that....
28 Weeks later had some gruesome parts, like the husband going nuts with the eye press, but really, the only part that was "scary" was the beginning where something popped out, and the only part that made me uneasy, was the eye pressing. Not the worst movie I ever saw by a long shot, but definitely, would not see it again.

Shit was weak. Very corny and unrealistic. The first one was good because it had a touch of reality. The zombies weren't really zombies, just humans infected with a virus. 28 Weeks Later had the Father chasing the kids all over England. WIZEAK!!!

Nah, this was def the best zombie movie I've seen in a LONG time. The entire movie was gruesome and realistic. I don't see how you couldve thought it was lame. You even got to see a tit in the movie so I thought some of you would be all over it lmfao

I had the same feelings whenever I watched it. It's been since the movie was first released in theaters since I've watched it so my memory isn't all there. I just remember the first one being a lot better then the second. The second one starts out just as intense as the first one but kind of starts to go down hill. I dunno, I'd have to watch it again to remember exactly why I thought it wasn't as good as the first.

i heard the first was not all that great, but i never saw it. i rented it yesterday and watched a lil last night and also during my break at lunch. still gotta finish watching the movie but it seems pretty good.

I loved the first one. Made it feel very real, like the shit could happen. This one lacked it. Like the whole carrier of the virus that gets bit by a zombie, but don't turn. I mean it was up and down. Just didn't care for it. Wasn't horrible, but not anywhere near as good as the first one.
it reminded me of the same plot as the second dawn of the dead(just for you dbfan) with john legizmamao. I mean it was basically the same movie, to me, and they both sucked.
The first one definitely felt more real. Like you could relate at first.
The second one just pissed me off.
