Rims only...They have pitting and flaking in the chrome on the lip (only bad on two of them). They've seen better days, but it'd still be a good deal for someone who can get the two re-chromed. Hell...you can rock 'em without re-chroming them. I used a small piece of chrome tape over the weld mark, and you could hardly tell unless I pointed it out(thus the tape residue around the weld)!
They are black 24's(liquidmetal TI's) that I took off my suburban. The chrome lips are peeling and bubbling kinda bad on two of them, and one of those has been repaired (cracked it on a curb and had it welded), and the other I had to jb weld a tiny hairline crack that's hardly even noticeable. Visually the lips are in bad shape, but I know that it's relatively cheap to have 'em re-chromed.(only two need to be), so if you're interested, lemme know - kowboy47@comcast.net. $450 local to Detroit Metro area, or $550 shipped. Will travel a reasonable distance.

You can't really see the extent of the damage, since I took the pics at night in my garage under a flourescent light. I'll try to take better ones in the daylight asap.
