Hey guys, The 225 amp alt is finally here from Mechman to replace the stock one still in the stock location. They CNC'd a mounting plate on the back just for the satty (Thanks Matt, Dennis, and Mechman team!) It actually put out 243 amps on the dyno, which is very impressive (granted this was cool, so output will drop a portion once heated up)...because this actually was meant to be a 205 amp alternator but surpassed a lot of expectations This is going to be a very welcome addition to the satty and probably puts out more than my 250 amp'er....which im probably going to replace down the line with a Mechman 250 amp (or more) alt as well.. Blah blah, here's them pics ... And this will be installed in the future because the plug for my saturn is on back-order and will be sent to me next week... But once this is in and the pair of D3100's are in the back...I think it'll be time to roll 1 ohm on these bishes ...Stay tuned..
