They are Chinese build but nearly everything is. 8’s could work- savard has two lines of 8’s that look awesome and get great feedback-droppinhz has outlet incriminator i10’s d4 500rms/1000max for like 120$ each and they take a super reduced amount of airspace and they are less than 5” in depth. Isn’t there at least one of these box sellers that could beef it up a bit, use 3/4 instead of  5/8 for a minimal charge. Seems like a light ask</blockquote>
