That guy is ignoring what the easiest fix for him will be: just disconnect the battery around 8pm or 9pm and reconnect it around midnight and turn the car on. He could also reset the CMOS on the unit if he finds a flasher but that takes more knowledge than it's worth. Seems like you could get most of the functionality including the correct displayed time if you do so. Again, his avic unit is filling in some gaps for him by displaying certain pages for different audio sources but that will just about be it. That and the multiple backup camera view. Just thought I'd chip in if you do decide to follow in his footsteps.</p></blockquote><p></p>
