one on the left is a tsns motor with level 6 soft parts. one on the right is a 4hplm motor with a psi recone, the sub twistedchild had.

only box i have is around 7 cubic feet tuned at 32hz. is this too big and too low for the lvl 6 sub? sacket built it and i believe he recommended 5.5 cubes. anyone have any input on what i should build the box for it?

I guess I'll just start hacking away at some wood until I get a cube with some holes in it

soundigital sd8000.w on tap. wire it to 2 ohms and it will probably be around 6000w rms.

i've heard of the lvl 6's taking nearly 8k daily. but i've also heard lvl 6 motors have better cooling. I also thought the lvl6 motor were the only motors strong enough to push an 8 layer 4" coil. even though the tsns is a beast of a motor

i love you avatar pic.lol. everytime i see it, i laugh. ^

but yeah.. i wouldnt do 6k, you've heard of it taking 8k daily, but with what box? what amp? etc.. id say 4k daily, if you need that kind of bass.
