got some info on eclipse decks. you might have already seen them (if not, head over to sounddomain forums, there is a link to some pics there).
they have a JVC look now that i am not fond of, but they might look better in person. they have NO cd decks with less than a 5volt pre amp, the cheapest deck is $179 retail with a 5volt pre amp and sub control. with the exception of the cheapest deck, all decks do mp3. the top of the line deck (CD8455) also has a GPS function, thats right, a deck that have GPS navigation. i believe the GPS antenna is optional, but when hooked upto to the deck, you can load maps off of CD's or a memory stick and it will show the map on the screen, i believe there is voice accompanied with this (the screen is not color). the two top decks also are HD radio compatible (whatever that is).
also, the sirius unit for eclipse decks is NOT compatible with older eclipse units, just the new ones.
there is also a new AVN, with a built in hard drive basically for ripping music to.
