2001 Dodge Stratus R/T Help with Installation

I recently bought a 2001 Dodge Stratus R/T that came with an OEM 4 disc cd player and it has Infinity speakers, also stock. I decided that I wanted to install a Pioneer aftermarket cd player that has hookups for my mp3 player. The Pioneer came out of my 1999 Plymouth Grand Voyager SE, and I used a aftermarket quick connect that splices into the cd player harness and then clips into the vehicle wiring. Once it was hooked.into my new car the Pioneer turns on, but there is absolutely no sound coming from any speakers. The quick connect harness says it fits both vehicles and I double checked my wire splicing and everything looks good, just no sound. If i put the stock cd player back in then everything works fine. Please, any help??

do you have the blue wire on the factory harness powered up? that is the amp turn on for that car. should be in the black plug, pin on the end. use the blue/white from the pioneer ad connect to the blue wire on the black plug.
