hey guy's i bot a new 2000-spl 12" pioneer and i broke it in for 3 weeks at low low volumes in my home stero and then i went and tryed it in my car stero and it is nice vary loud and good sq but i had it going tonight and i had it up rilly high with vary low bass and it maid 3 rilly loud bang's like metal agents metal and it is only when i put it up high and with rilly low bass do you think it is bottming out???? cuz it did move like 2 1\2 " //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wow.gif.23d729408e9177caa2a0ed6a2ba6588e.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/omg.gif.05aa02c3095d6ce9338996654eca0863.gif but outher than that it is a grate sub

I would say bottoming out, but what amp are you running on it?

How low is "really low bass"? What kind (ported or sealed) and what size box is it in? How much power are you running to it? Where is your gain set?

I got 2 pioneer 760's and there are set all right. My 15" is just fine with the amps it's the pioneer sub.And the box it got a port on it about 4" wide and about a foot tall and the box is like 16" tall buy 25" wide and 16" deep and the port goes back 13" and yes the gains are set right i got it done at a shop.

and about the bass it is deep enuf that you can bairly here it but it rilly moves...

I have the same sub on a 1500 watt hifonics amp and that thing pounds like crazy.... decent Sq but mostly SPL. I've adjusted all my settings and turned the bass all the way up it doesen't bottom out....
