**** ur lucky it didnt blow @ 10 volts lol
was this daily?

what did your electrical consist of?
O no worries that was what it read at the very end of the burp.

My electrical is a 105 amp alt with stock battery up front and three stinger SPV70's in the rear. When I would run it daily I very rarely dropped out of the 13's

Burp is ok .5 and down to 10v but not for beating music. It will blow eventually with that low of voltage. But very good deal for two strong amps.

Are these both stock no mods or anything?

are these not mainly for competition purpose considering they are the 16v models?

also would it not be correct to assume that the 16V models are not really meant for daily use on a 12v set up?

great amps either way and good luck with the sale

ok heres the scoop on running the 16v versions at 12v, iv asked around with people who have used them and i know dtbrown knows what they can do, if you have a good electrical system and you donot drop the voltage below 10 volts u should be fine , but if it drops below 10 volts then the amps will fry, so if you have a 12v system and you buy these amps, i am not responsable if the amps blow when your voltage drops

The 16 v versions refers to the power supply being able to hold the voltage of a 16v system, but they work fine on 12v also. The 12v version was designed to get optimal power out at 12v, thus it not allowing very high voltages. But the 16v version of the 7k is not different than a AB500.1, a goliath amp, or anything else able to run on 12v upto 16v. They need the power to back them up, but run fin on 12v. Hope that helps.
