2-sa8 or 1 hdc3 15

Alright guys, first post, never been on here before but I guess I'll see how it goes! So I currently have 1 hdc3 15 in 4.5 cubes on the back seat in my extended cab silverado, I like it it gets the low notes I was after, but it's starting to annoy me how much of my back seat is lost. I'm also in the mood to try something new, so I was thinking about 2 SA-8's that I would build a box to go under my backseat. And get rid of the 15, but here is my concern, I love subs I've had two crappy 12's before and all I crave is the really deep bass, that's all I like, I love it low, so that's why I'm worried if I get rid of the 15 and go to 2 8's that I will be dissapointed with how low they get, I've heard the AQ's don't get as low as some subs, but let me know if you got any other ideas, the amp I have right now is a kicker zx1000.1, oh one more thing, maybe a stupid idea but I thought it might be cool to do 4 infinity 860w's under the seat, cause I don't have enough money for 4 SA-8's!! Alright yeah I see the 15 is popular haha I just like the idea of 8's but would 2 10's be closer?

out of interest, how much port area do those sa-8 v.2s need each? does anyone know? And to OP, you will lose output and likely lows too, but depending on how much you want that back space back you may want to go ahead. See if you can find someone with a pair of 8s you could listen to, to see if you would be happy with the set up.

I don't know how much port area they call for but I know you can put them in super small enclosures, but say I did bite the bullet and went with 4 SA-8's would it be better? Cause if nothing is going to come close to the lows the 15 can get now, then I'm gonna go a different route and find a different 15 that can get lower, or a couple of smaller subs that can get low

Yes 4 8's would probably walk over that 15 givin the right enclosure and enough power. I had 4 SA-8V1's and also switched between an AQ HDC318 and the 8's were ALMOST as low but Im sure they would have metered higher..Both boxes were optimum and tuned to 32hz. Also bother run off 2500watts clamped,clean power. Id vote 8's even if its just 2..They will surprise you for what they are and will have your friends thinking there's something bigger back there...
