im thinking about putting another battery in my car i was wondering does this put even more stress on my alt bc it has to charge 2 batts or does it help relieve stress on the alt

It puts more stress on your alt, but you should be fine. What size alt. do you have now?

if i was you i would upgrade to a high output alternator...before doing a battery.

whats the minimum alt u think i can get away with for that draw 140?

I'd go pretty big, just to be on the safe side incase you ever wanted to upgrade... Depends on the vehicle too. Some H.O. alts are hard to find and can get pretty expensive.
