2 amps or just 1

i was wondering if i should just get 2 2-channel amps or should i just get 1 4-channel amp? i was planning to run a pair of PG rsd comps in the front and the mli-65's in the rear.

i currently have a USamps running the comps and i plan on getting the mli-65's but i dont know if i should just get a second amp or should i get a 4-channel to run both.

if i should get a 4-channel, any one knows of a good amp that pushes 100x4 @ 4 ohms?
