2 18" HDC3's. What to power them with?? D1's

Ive got 2 D1 18" HDC3 copper coils. Box is 12 cubes @ 40hz.

Right now Ive only got them wired together to 1 ohm and giving them roughly 1500 to the pair. What I think Id like to do is grab another battery or two and pick up a seperate amp for each sub and run it @ .5ohm??

Or maybe 2of the forum boner 3k audiopipe amps and give each 3k @ 2ohm

Or would one BIG 1ohm amp be best?? I wanna keep it at or under $600

I want daily driver reliability, I dont do competitions

Not looking to do 4 amps, kinda space constrained

And 40hz on AQ subs sounds great daily. I can swap ports and run 32 if I want, 40 sounds better to me though
