2 15" HDC3 in a trailblazer...lots of pics...

yeah I just signed up on there yesterday. I'm BUMPIN01. Do you rhink I will be good with a 240. EA wants $500 for a 300 and mechan wants 359 shipped, and theirs are underrated
i would try the mechman. 240 should be fine. friend is running a Autotek 4000 and got slight dimming.

Looking good so far, waiting to see painted pics. Hope all those screws don't come back to bite you...
yeah I've never had a problem before...I predrilled everything, hopefilly those *****es dont come out...I didn't want this box budging. Everything is bondoed over, so if anything happens, hopefully the bondo will hold the screws in.

Its all smooth and the screws are all covered.I'm ready to prime and paint. I;m using satin paint, so If somethin does chip I can just cover it up with more paint...satin is the way to go.

I go to work at 8am and get done at 5, and I work on the build till midnight everyday. God its alot of work

I think I'm going to do the 240 if nothin else pops up. I will run the stock alt first tho to see how it takes it
Ive got an Iraggi and it works great.

Where you at...the only meter I know of is in Jackson, but I will def get #'s. 150 or bust. I'm going to Flint today to go to a shop and pick up my buddies 2 15" Audiopulse Axis

I just meant with all those screws there's a greater chance of the bondo/primer lifting or sinking. Especially if it's hot/humid and you paint out in the garage.

Had that happen to me the other week even allowing 48 hours of drying time before painting. Bondo spots showed through the paint and it crackled/lifted in some places as the bondo apparently hadn't fully cured. Humidity sucks...

I know you want to try your stock alt first, but I can gaurantee you'll get the awsome disco effect with your headlights on, LOL.

I have a Trailblazer unit on the shelf right now that just dyno'd 273 amps @ 2500rpm, and 158 @ 800rpm.

nice build BTW!
