i have a lil more than 400 bucks and i want some 12's i have 12 w0's right now but i need louder so what would suggest for me?

2 12" Soundsplinter RL-p's or even RL-i's to save some money, they'd be better than the W0's. Talk to Mike, he's a great guy and answered a lot of my questions and provides superb customer service.

are the ed 13OV.2's loud or the 13KV.2's?? which are better and louder? will they be louder than type r's with a 300/1 alpine amp to each sub?

The Ov.2's will get louder than the Kv.2's, without a reduction in SQ. Both are excellent choices.

Quality is better than quantity for sound quality...unless you just want to get loud cheaply.
