i was impressed by how my 15" L7 did sound and got loud in a box a little bit too small, now with alot of potential behind me, i find it time to go different. I can afford 2 12" L7s for the price of a 15" 9515, If not any other Kicker (besides SoloX), Pioneer, Eclipse, MtX subwoofers availible. I would love to go 2 12" 9512s as i planned but i just don't see it happening. Any thoughts pertaining to just how badass the 9515 is would be cool, because this is not a very popular choice and the amp would be a zx 2500.1 wired @ 2 ohms for either choice, Thanks.

The mtx 9500 is okay, but i wouldnt call it an upgrade from the l7 at all, more of a downgrade imo. If you want to go with a single 15 get a audioque hd3, or a btl or something. Much better woofers than the mtx's.If your going to upgrade, do it right and go with something else like mentioned above..

I can get them on accomadations. I will think about a 12" btl but im thinking for time being the l7s are going to be my best bet, thank you for your input towncar.

I have had my 12" mtx 9512 running off my 1501d for a while now and im not really that impressed. I had 2 12" polk momos running off the same amp and it was much louder and cleaner. It is OK but i would have gone with the L7s if i could have got their accom at the time. Id go with the L7s out of those choices, but fi has some good options as well.
