2-12" brahmas

Howloud do you think 2-12" brahmas will sound in a dual 1.1 cu.ft chambered sealed box,each speaker recieving 600 watts...and what is the smallest ported box I can build tunned @ 33 hz?

I dont think they'll do that good in that small of an enclosure with that much power, though I've never heard one

Why dont you do One Brahma in a 2.2 Cube box with 1200 watts to it? I think that woiuld probably work better, Cone area does not automatically decide if it is loud or not, trust me, i know.

I can`t , i have 2 seprate amps each producing 600 watts,I`m trying to save trunk space as much as possible..so would they do better in a bigger sealed box with this power?

That seems pretty big and quite a bit of power(especially in that box) for the sub. Don't have a ton of experience with em either. I heard a 15" in about 2cubes net, got pretty loud and sounded great off of about 800 watts.

give it a shot...i dont think that is enough power for ported...even though im sure it would still be loud.

it should get decently loud. when i had my brahma, it was in a 1.75 (gross volume) with about 480 watts going to it...got pretty loud...even louder when i put it in a 2.5 @ 28.
