Its pretty loud...maybe 46-47, i gotta flip the port to facing the other side...its loudest like that in my truck, but my wires was too short

Too small? Couldn't you just trim it down with a router and a roundover bit, or a spiral up cut?

looks alright, need some paint or carpet!
