why the hell do you want 18 tens?

well my project first started out to be a budgett ground pounder. I found a good deal on some new crossfire tens(in my sig) they were like 190 bucks shipped for all 12 tens. they pounded real good. but i have blown a few now. and now i'm just checking out some ideas in my head. all within my 600.oo budget on new speakers.

Ok so you can get 18- SVC 4ohm subs to a 2 ohm final load that's balanced. six subs wired in parallel (3 x .67 ohms), those three sets wired in series (.67 x3 = 2).

what load does this come out to, 1ohm+4ohm=? parralleled? trying to fig out how to wire up 18 10's at close to 2 ohms.

If you parallel a group @4ohms, with a group @1ohm... each group will be getting different amounts of power.

The total load would be 4/5ohm or .8ohms.

if you have to ask how to wire them you shoudl really reconsider doing that install
however if you parallel them its 2.5 ohms i think, been a long day
