Does anyone know the mounting depth for the fronts?

I wana kno, cos i wana get Focals and theyre a pretty large speakers, my dad wanted to get some too but they wouldnt fit in his 2003 Outback, the max mounting depth on that was 2.5-3" and the Focals i believe were 3 1/3", so he cant get em too close of a call and he doesnt wana spend money on an install to see if they work and then lose that money and then not being able to return the Focals to sonicelectronix if they didnt which looked like the case, nice coaxils too the 165 CV model, sound realllllyy nice off the HU!!

Maxima.org audio forum FTW...Im a 5th genner myself but Im sure if you search you can find the answer there. They should work though, maximas are usually pretty depth-friendly, because the factory speakers are on the spacer which youll replace with MDF for a good install.

and i was wrong those Focals are 2.7" so they might fit in my dads car, but its gona be close and hes gona give it a try

I had one about a year ago. I had the bose system in it, after cutting the rear part of the bracket, I had close to 3" of depth...

I had the focal 165V3E's which were pretty massive in my 1998 Maxima SE, and they fit like BUTTA.

if u have the bose system then they should be relatively deep like mines were

no Bose for me, its an SE, it came with a stock Clarion cassette player and 15W Panasonic speakers lol
