Just got my Damplifier Pro trunk kit in the mail and before installing it, me being a noob and all, I wanted to know how everyone with a Grand Prix set their trunks up.
I know the trunk lid will need to be done as it rattled like a mofo with my last system and it was nothing compared to my current setup.
What I am wondering is what other places I need to hit? I was thinking of doing the bed of the trunk but that looks pretty solid so I think that would be overkill. Then I looked at the side walls, or wheel wells, but that looks solid as well as their only 2 peices that make up the side wall. So that leaves the rear of the trunk that I know will need to be done. So other than the lid and the rear what needs to be done?
Also I was thinking of using expanding foam to fill in the holes in the trunk lid before I placed the mat on the lid and heard that there is a specific type that I need to use and was hoping that someone could point me in the right direction. Any help is appreciated.
