thanxs alot zane, the muffler shop said that it would be louder by the resantor. also would i ahve to remove the res. or could i just run a rod threw it. and i dont really want to get rid of the flow master becuase i payed 120 bucks for it. thanx alot for ur help.

You will have to remove the resonator. It has nothing to "punch out" within.

Replace with straight pipe and it's good to go!

there s a trick though, you can cut an H though it, gut EVERYTHING and then weld it back on.

cut an h threw what?? just the res. or both of the cats. also with my flowmaster on there would removing the make it sound like a bee. i dont want it to have the fartcan sound but more of a bee tone like it sounds like now but louder. with the flowmaster and the cats and resonater on there

i meant an h thru the resonater. its a pain, but if u have emmisions it help.s

can i just use and angle grinder and cut the h

or you could cut it out and get a glasspack. soo many possibilties. if you have no emmisons check (like mee). Cut off your cat, see how it sounds. Not happy? Cut off your muffler. Still not happy? Well I dunno, thats really all the sound you can get from a v6. Try a new muffler also. Cherry bomb?
