Not sure about AR. but most places he would get shanked and the gaurds will look the other way.

Its funny how a guy can get cought with drugs and do 20 years but people like this get 4-8 yrs. If they will not consider the death penalty in the future for these offenses they should at least never let them out.

It has been proven so many times that sick f-cks like this can not be helped and are more than not repeat offenders.
