Hi, im semi new to the speaker world so bear with me. ive built a few setups but my never with what im wanting. My problem is box size. I have a 96 ***** am. and im building a ported box for behind the rear seat before the hatch well. im trying to get an 18 in there, i can fit it, but i dont know how it would react to the box. when im done building it, if all goes to plan it will be about 3.5 ft^3 and the speaker is between an audiopipe 15 and a FI ssd 18. id get the FI in a heartbeat, but i dont know if it would work any good with only 3.5 ft in the box. any idea what i should do? could i use box stuffing or would that not work with the ports? the box itself is tight, so i cant make that any bigger, and it doesnt have to be ported, but id like it to be. Any 18"ers that will be happy ported with that small of a box? could i run that SSD sealed in that box? how much better would a ported one be? Thanks, Mark
