I really hate to do this, but i have to. Up for sale are my 1.5 month old American Racing Split chrome 18'' wheels, with nankang rubber. I rate the rims 9.5/10, and the tires 10/10.
About one month ago, I hit a pothole and one rim was bent and the tire was blown out. The wheel was not damaged bad, but I still ordered a new 275.00 Wheel and a new 150.00 tire. Last week, I hit railroad tracks too hard and bent another wheel, and blew out another tire. I decided this was it. I replaced the tire and decided I would sell the wheels I wanted badly for four months.
3 of the wheels are 100% Perfect, no scratches or anything. The one wheel is slightly bent but it does not effect the ride and you can not tell from looking at it. I will also include a 5th wheel, which is bent on the inside and can probably be repaired to operating condition (used as a spare) The inside lip is bent on the wheel.
The tires, are PERFECT, and 2 of them are brand new. They are nankang I believe they are 235/45/18 or somthing along the lines of that. Also included is a set of american racing chrome lugnuts, wheel locks, and center caps.
The wheels have been meticulously taken care of, polished bi-weekly with meguiars NXT polish. They have been hosed off/scrubbed every 3-4 days to get all the dirt off of them. The bolt pattern I believe is 5 x 115, And will fit on most midsize cars such as 95+ Monte Carlo, 01 and up impala, grand prix, regal, bonneville, most w-body cars, also maximas and mitsubishi eclipse.
I paid over 1800.00 for these rims on March 28th 2007. I am asking 1300 for everything, local pickup in northeastern PA. I will drive up to 75-100 miles to deliver them.
