The phone is unlocked and is ready to be used for t-mobile or at&t. It is unlocked with blacksn0w. The phone is in good condition with a few light scratches on the back from normal ware and tare. The screen is in great condition. The phone comes with usb cord for charging and syncing the phone. No other accesories are included.
