Has never been dropped, always babied. Have never had a single problem with it.

Screen is perfect. Back has a couple of small scratches from when there was dust on the back when I slid the case on... hard to tell though, and I always keep a case on anyway (green iFrogz Luze case is included)

Comes with the phone, cable, a/c adapter, case, headphones, and box... and any apps you want

That's the tightest case I've ever seen on an iPhone. $350 is probably the cheapest I've ever seen for a 16GB 3G. Can't wait to get the new 3GS when my contract is up in a month.

I'm 99% sure you can after I unlock it, yes, just not able to use 3G, but standard internet yes

Just checked, you have to manually put in the APN settings but YES the internet will work 100% on Tmobile after unlock... the only things that don't work are 3G and Visual Voicemail

Yeah, I think you can use internet, just not 3G like he said since it doesn't support T-Mobile's 3G bands. I heard T-Mobile's 3G service sucks anyways so it doesn't matter...

I couldn't help but notice how the percentage shows up by the battery. I have a jailbroken and unlocked iPhone 3G but I can't find anything under Cydia that allows me to get the percentage battery. Mind telling me how you got it?
