16 volt vs. 14 volt, advantages ?

Im hooking up my subs,1200 watts @ 2 ohms but adding another sub soon after, getting the big 3 done with this be fine ,or should i hook em up with a new battery, which will be cheapier and will this effect an alternator at 16 volt? Also, will this help may amp stay cooler i know it improves output

You can't run a 16v battery on a stock electrical system, so unless you plan on running a 16v alternator and a stepdown module for your cars electrical, don't bother.
