15's that get lowwww

SSA can be seen at every show so nothing original about them anymore. Plus I would put my money on the exodus over the SSA everyday.
Really? Haha, I never see any of our drivers in this area (DC/Baltimore/Philadelphia). And I did not know rarity equated to special.

Any 15" subwoofer better be able to "get lowww" otherwise it's not a subwoofer, just a big arse midbass //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I didnt even know they changed the lvl4...link to proof, and specs of the old one?
The specs are the same, the requirements have changed. I have no clue what warranted a .75 cube recommendation.

Here are the old T/S ones from the Level 4 15" I had:

I honestly dont think they changed anything besides their booklet/manual, lol. I am assuming if they have the same T/S specs/, the same name, and DC said nothing about changing it, they are the exact same driver. It looks like the newer recommendations just dont split it up into "ported box" or "SPL box" and just suggest a happy medium.

I know atleast 3 different people just in my town shreveport, la that run them so in my part of the country they are very common. As far as rarity I was responding the the OP that stated he did not want to run a sub that was used by everyone and there mom. So In my eyes the exo is much more rare then a SSA. So rarity does not mean quality by no means but thats not what he asked. Plus, I feel the exo is a great sub and on the same lvl as an SSA just not used as much.

The 2.5” four-layer dual voice coils and two 100 oz. magnets supply the juice for a seriously deep frequency response.
And when it excurts, it supplys more bass than a 21 inch //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/fyi.gif.9f1f679348da7204ce960cfc74bca8e0.gif

Ahh, makes sense now. The brother of the other owner of SSA lives near you, so that would probably be why we actually have some down there. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
