15" Orion XTR

I went by a garage sale today and the guy had a Orion XTR 15" sub, on the magnet it said it's a 1,000 W Dual 4 ohm Voice Coil. I looked on the Orion website and didn't find that model so I figured it's a pretty old sub. If anyone came across one of these what would you put a street value on it? Pretty good condition, a few blemishes on the cone but nothing major, the guy said $50 off the top of his head, are they worth anything? I didn't want a 15 for my ride but I thought about making the guy a $30 offer for it just to have something to play around with. Anyone have personal experience on these subs, I know very little about them...

iirc revrider was selling some of his 12's for ~125, so $30 would be a steal if they worked.

Yes I am selling my 15" XTR...
