1500 is fine. Ive powered one on a zeusxx before worked fine and that amp put out over 1600.

I did like the sub but just moved to a 12inch Bl it was an install in my friends car and he wanted a 12 instead of the 15.

1500 is fine for them they dont even get real warm. two of my freinds have them one has it running at 1 ohm off a sundown 1500 the other at a 1/2ohm off a sundown and both subs are still fine to this day. very impressed with this sub and probably gonna get a 12'' q
