15 or 18?

Looking to upgrade from my 2 12"s to either a single 15 or 18. Have my Aq1200 for power so need a d2 sub. Budget is around $400. Looking for suggestions, thanks.

You should be able to purchase a new AA Havoc 18 for well under $400. Would be a nice match with that amp.

get this. i LOVE my SSX. but you will want to give it a LOT more than 1200w

I wouldn't get the HDC318 with that power. The spiders are really stiff and it takes quite a bit of power to move them.
