Why not? My 05 XXX 15 will love the 2k it will be getting, and Im sure it would sound fantastic. Ummmm.....well....actually......a lot Can you play them down to 20hz and have a nice flat response? About where do they peak at? Im not ragging on the HDC3, Ive never heard one or used one. But I just cant see myself tuning an enclosure that high for my taste. Ive never liked tuning above 34hz, just too much upper end. But hell, if the HDC3 can be tuned that high and get a flat response and low end down to 20hz out of it, then sweet. I think everyone can admit it all comes down to the install. You can make almost anything sound good. edit- Just my personal taste, Ive just always been under the impression that they have a peaky upper end. I dont know why, but thats just been my impression.
