this is a used drill has 4 batteries and charger with carrying case. one battery is cracked but still charges... all batteries charge but loose charge within a day or two if not used. but if you know your gonna need it charge one the day before and leave one on the charger and your good to go.

I would ask if it was lithium ion but you stating that the batteries don't hold a charge already tells me that it isn't. Regardless, do you have a model number?...and pics. would help (a lot), too.
