It might be cheaper to buy a used bike, make the payments/insurance, and put gas in than to have a big truck in these times

gas is 3.40+ here right now, I can't afford it in my car even..and I'm going home next weekend which is 3 hrs! Ahhh. Sucks.

Yes I do. I will be getting a little car this summer for driving the 90 mile round trip to work. I'll be keeping the truck though, it just won't see as much use.

The other day I topped off the tank before the price went up. I calculated that tank so far to be at 9 mpg.

They have plenty of revenue. These prices better drop a lot faster than 5 years or there will be some big changes to this country.

Yea I like it. I don't ride it as much as I should. But, when I do take it out riding I'll ride 150+ plus miles.

When I take it to work (which is rarely since I usually need a truck or van) I'll ride 14 miles there and back then usually put on a hour or so more time after work. Great way to get rid of stress.

I mostly purchased it to have, which is kind of silly.

But, it is fun, light, and pretty easy to ride. If you have never ridden a motorcycle before get yourself a cheap junker bike to ride around a little before you invest in anything. Bikes aren't as easy as people say they are to ride.

Just ordered my Ninja 250R yesterday, dealer said they sell them like hot cakes. 2 week wait time FTL:crap:

I know its a 250, but you cant beat the gas mileage, and if I feel the need for speed Ill hop on my friends modded CBR600.
