Got a 12w7 with two very small slits in the surround. Doesn't affect the performance of it at all. I've been using it like this since I received it.

I'm not paying 300 for a ****ing 12W7 with a tear. You can get them for 350 with no problems off of ebay. I honestly thought It said 13. My fault

300 shipped is fine for the sub alone. It wouldnt take much to fix this and i've been listening to the sub for a few days, only time i can hear it is at like MAX volume on my phoenix gold.
