12w3v2 or 12w3v3, ordering today

I have a 500/1 JL amp and cant decide if i want 2 of the 12w3v2d4's or the new 12w3v3's. I can actually get the v3's for cheaper and i like the look of them better. Has anyone heard either of these on the 500/1 amp before. I plan to go with a slot ported box for either one.

Which ones will sound best?

Does one 12w3v3 hit loud enough if amped well? I want tight, clean bass I can definitely hear, but I don't need my neighbors to hear it.

I'm thinking about one 13W6V2 with one 500/1 but I think it might be overkill in a Subaru Impreza. The price difference is huge also.
