I am a big fan of JL subs but I would  take the Dayton over the w6 for true SQ. I have experience with the new school w6s, the old school w6s and the Dayton and the Dayton is best sq wise. The w6 is still great though and will get louder. But the box will be your biggest determining factor. I tuned my daytons to 29hz in a small ported box and it worked out great.</p></blockquote><p></p>
