Sold 12" SI Mag - newest gen - cheap

So I have a 12" Stereo Integrity Mag subwoofer bought a few months back in the group buy. It has been lightly used and never beat on, but at one point when the sub box was not secured down, the sub starting excurting into the trunk. I noticed the marks later that day when I opened the trunk and then secured the box properly. The marks do not appear to have any effect on the sub's performance and it still plays great. It is under warranty from SI but Nick just informed me this wouldn't be covered.

$320 shipped, insured, including fees anywhere in the Continental US.

I'm open to trades. Throw some offers at me.

I couldn't justify the price for a merely cosmetic issue, but for those that could, it's $150 + return freight.
