12" Orion H2 VS. 12" Kicker L7 VS 12" Eclipse Alum.

as title says, i would like to know which would be better for my application. It will be in a ported box, most likely a 2.25cuft. or 2.5 cuft. ported. i would like to use around 750 to 1000 watts on it. Its going into a 03 Hyundai Tiburon GTV6 hatchback.

L7's for spl and eclipse for sq but you shouldnt compare the L7's and the alum. you should compare it to the ti.

yea x2 with the l7's, they get plenty loud in a ported box.....you wont be dissatisfied

The ICIX Sound Forums found H2's to be quite lacking in SPL. I guess orion can only make amps. L7's are loud, but an aluminum can sound alot better getting near as loud as an L7.

i believe the h2's are just extremely extremely power hungry. i believe they even say that in their review that they wisht hey could of had more power to feed to the h2

Off the power raven has the kickers will be the best choice by far. The orions probably wouldnt do so hot off 1000 watts being a powerhungry sub.
